Tuscany Villa to rent with pool near Pisa, in Tuscany

A completely free-standing villa on two floors with a total area of 133 square metres immersed in the greenery of the property, with more privacy.

It has a large porch outside overlooking the woods, with table and chairs for an open-air lunch, and comfortable relaxing armchairs.

The perfect option for a family of 4/6 people or for couples on holiday together with small children who want to be together away from it all, but without giving up the comfort and services available at a holiday complex like ours.

It is made up of, on the ground floor, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and a small bathroom while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms (sleeping 4) and two bathrooms. There is also a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.

The facilities of the villa include:
 
- refrigerator
- oven
- dishwasher
- satellite TV
- filter coffee machine (but there is also the moka...)
 
The living room also has a large fireplace, for the use of our guests, to create a real atmosphere during the colder periods of the year.
The kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans necessary for your stay.
There is a complete change of linen every week (beach towels for the swimming pool are not supplied). Further changes of linen are available upon request, with a supplement to pay on site.
The villa is also equipped with independent heating.

Vine, oil, honey and jams produced by us
At our reception you can buy wine, olive oil, honey and homemade jams. Genuine products, non-industrialized, still made according to traditional tuscan recipes.

Grocery arrival to the villa
Bread, croissants, warm focaccia, pizza, fresh milk, yogurt, cold meats, cold cuts and cheese directly on farm. Thanks to special agreements with some bakeries and delicatessens in our area every morning you can have what you need for your breakfast and your meals in your apartment. As it was in use in the Tuscan countryside than once, when the baker with his pickup truck went off the farms to distribute bread and other bakery products, we decided to offer this service for your convenience and to recreate the atmosphere of life campaign many years ago.

Warning: guaranteed service in mid and high season. In low season on request.

Want to spend your holidays in Tuscany free from the commitment to cook? Would you like to spend a day at the beach or around Tuscany without thoughts for dinner?

You can order every morning, ready meals and receive them directly in the apartment or picked up at the food store in Crespina.

Warning: the cost of food and meals are not included in the rates of cottages and must be paid directly to the person carrying out the distribution.
