Self catering holiday cottages in Tuscany with pool.

A cottage, completely self-contained, made up of one floor with a total area of 103 square metres. It was originally the old Coach House (hence the name).

The perfect option for a family of 4/5 people, or for couples on holiday together, without giving up comfort or privacy even when on holiday.

It is made up of a large living room with a dining area and kitchenette, two large bedrooms (4 beds), two bathrooms with showers and a loft with a sofa-bed. It has a large porch outside with a view of the swimming pool, set up for eating in the open air.

The facilities of the villa include:
 
- refrigerator
- oven
- dishwasher
- satellite TV
- filter coffee machine (but there is also the moka...)
 
It is supplied with all necessary pots and pans. Guests can make use of the barbecue available in the communal area.
A complete change of linen (sheets and towels) is carried out every week (beach towels for the swimming pool are not supplied). Further changes of linen are available upon request, with a supplement to pay on site.
The villa is also equipped with independent heating and air conditioning (with a supplement to pay on site).
