Two self-contained villas and three large and comfortable apartments are available.

There is a 16 x 8 m. swimming pool at guests’ disposal, with stunning views, with an extensive sunbathing area. In the interests of guests’ wellbeing it has been equipped with a modern salt-sterilisation unit (chlorine-free, perfectly clean, safe and friendly on the skin).

The special position of La Serra, within the hills, surrounded from the east to the south-south-west by a large wood, ensures that it is particularly cool with light breezes, even in the middle of summer.

Comfortably lying by the edge of the swimming pool you can also admire the countryside of the Arno valley laid out below.

The large park which surrounds the property provides an oasis of peace and also offers wide open spaces for your children to play in in absolute peace and safety. It is the perfect location for a family holiday, with safe large open spaces for the children.

It is located within a short distance of the sea and the spectacular beach resorts of Tirrenia, Castiglioncello, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Cecina, with its amazing Acqua Village, is only 30 minutes away by car.

It is also perfectly situated to allow easy access to the main cities of historical and artistic interest such as Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano, Firenze and Siena.
