This apartment (about 76 square metres) can be found on the first floor of the main building.

It is made up of a large living room with a kitchenette attached, two bedrooms (4+1) and a bathroom with shower.

The living room also has a fireplace, for the use of our guests, to create a real atmosphere during the colder periods of the year.
 
 

The facilities of the apartment include:
- refrigerator
- oven
- dishwasher
- satellite TV
- filter coffee machine (but there is also the moka...)

The kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans necessary for your stay.
The apartment is also equipped with independent heating and so can be used all year round.

Guests can also have lunch in the open air on the large space with chairs and tables just in front of the building.
