Rental apartment in farm holidays in Tuscany

A large apartment (about 85 square metres), with its own entrance, to be found on the ground floor of the main building.

It is made up of a large living room with an attached kitchenette, two large bedrooms (4 + 1) and a bathroom with shower.
This apartment also has the special touch of having some of the original brick ceiling intact.
 

The facilities of the apartment include:
 
- refrigerator
- oven
- dishwasher
- satellite TV
- filter coffee machine (but there is also the moka...)
 
The living room also has a large fireplace, for the use of our guests, to create a real atmosphere during the colder periods of the year.
The kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans necessary for your stay.
There is a complete change of linen every week (beach towels for the swimming pool are not supplied)..
The apartment is also equipped with independent heating.

Guests can always have lunch in the open air on the tables and chairs of the private terrace in front of the apartment.
